That is correct. Most of the chronic pain sufferers I know have experienced "incapacitating" injuries and walked them off. I myself have ignored broken bones and not even realized I had sprains, dislocations, and torn ligaments

If you or someone you know hasn’t gotten any Covid shots and is hesitant to do so now because four shots have been released and that’s a lot of catching up to do, you should know that right now (post written August 10, 2023), the only shot that anyone needs to be up-to-date is the bivalent vaccine that was released last.

That’s it. Just the one.

There’s a new booster predicted to be released within the next month or so and we will need to get that too when it’s available, but right now all anybody needs is the one bivalent shot. I just spoke with a pharmacist about this today, and you can check with one too if you want to be sure.
